2 tablespoons butter flavored extract
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1 cup sliced carrots
1 cup sliced celery
1 teaspoon dried thyme
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped onion

1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
1 1/2 teaspoons dried rosemary
2 teaspoons paprika
Melt butter flavored extract in a small, heavy saucepan over medium heat. Stir in ginger, carrots, celery, thyme, onion, water, and paprika. Stirring constantly, cook, stirring, until well blended.
Remove from heat, and pour into a large bowl. Stir in the chicken, paprika, rosemary and paprika. Mix thoroughly and refrigerate overnight.
