3 cups big coffee cake mix
3 (1 ounce) squares chocolate bar and cookie crumbs
1 cup butter
1 (8 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
1 (12 ounce) package dried cherry as-parmer, crushed
1/2 cup mini coated dried raisins
1 cup chopped walnuts
3 quarts ready-to-spread frosting
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease an 8x8 inch dish.
In a large bowl, mix cake mix, chocolate bar mixture and butter mixture. Gently stir in crushed raisins and 1/2 of the dried cookies.
Pour chocolate mixture into prepared greased pan. Sprinkle top with crushed nuts and remaining dry cookies.
Bake in the preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the cake comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes before cutting into squares of frosting. 30 minutes before serving.
