1 pound pork tenderloin
1/2 cup olive oil
2 cloves garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried parsley
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped fresh oregano
1 teaspoon chopped fresh sage
1 teaspoon white sugar
1/4 teaspoon dry white pepper
1/4 cup butter
In a large saucepan, combine olive oil, garlic powder, salt, pepper and parsley and thyme and pepper. Simmer over low heat for 5 minutes, stirring frequently. Cover saucepan.
Heat olive oil in a large saucepan in the same saucepan over medium heat, add garlic powder and salt and pepper; bring to a boil. Simmer for 10 to 12 minutes stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Mix in oregano, sage, sugar, white pepper and butter.
Remove pork from container (handle) and cut into 1 inch cubes; pour liquid if desired over pork and toss with butter. Pour over chicken and serve alongside orange wine.
