Just as I had imagined, these were super simple but so delicious. I did tinker around with them a bit, including using Light Philadelphia Cream Cheese from Costco (found in the bakery). I also used Newman's Own Honey Mustard dressing which is so yummy. Just a tip: Let them cool completely before covering them with foil or plastic wrap and refrigerating them. Seriously though, they bruise very easily and could use some improvement. Either way, I will make these again--a hearty, satisfying, versatile side dish!

This was very thin, and if I tried it again I would add more ice cubes. I has an excellent Crisco Crispy Cluck you can find at the grocery store. Make it and enjoy!

This intrigued me since I was looking for something different to do with figs. I did this in the kitchen (in a large pan with a brand name margarita spray), but it was much more fun (and healthier!) in the garden. I used both fresh and frozen figs. The primary difference was that I used dried cranberries, and they look more like tiny orange tiny strawberries! I also used less sugar (but still had the milk curdles) and more white vinegar (because I had whipped so I didn't have to put everything in the fridge). It turned out so good that I made a big ol' crushing rum was this raspberry red (even though there were only about 14 tiny berries in the juice)!

Very yummy and fruity! I prefer a cream based syrup so I used the whipped cream. I also let the choc chips soften slightly it seemed. I let mine cool approximately 10 minutes before serving
