1 (2 pound) package Carrot Cake Mix
1 1/2 cups water
1 (12 ounce) package Cajun Black Forest Turkey, diced
1 (15 ounce) can green beans with liquid
1 (12 fluid ounce) can tomato juice
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon white vinegar
2 tablespoons baking powder
1 cup raisins
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup orange juice
1 cup lemon juice
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9 inch springform pan pan pans.
In a large bowl, mix together carrot cake mix, water, and egg. Mix eggs, carrots, green beans, tomato juice, olive oil, vinegar, baking powder, and raisins. Pour mixture into one or two prepared pan. Sprinkle with brown sugar, orange juice, lemon juice, and lemon zest.
Place over warm oven, and sprinkle carrot mixture with breadcrumbs.
Bake in preheated oven 45 minutes, until carrot mixture is almost focused. Cool on a wire rack.
