4 eggs
2 tablespoons molasses
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 2/3 cups milk
2 quarts ricotta cheese
4 tablespoons yogurt
1 tablespoon white sugar
1 tablespoon lemon zest
Remove skins from eggs and mince. Place in a large bowl and drain until completely firm. Beat in molasses and lemon juice. Mix in milk, ricotta cheese, yogurt, sugar and lemon zest. Mix mixture well. Refrigerate for several hours.
