1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
1 (14 ounce) can white peaches, drained
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
3 tablespoons powdered sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoons black peppercorn
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C). Pour peaches into a small bowl. Mix together cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and peppercorn. Fold pec into cream cheese mixture. Pour cream cheese mixture into crust. Pour over pie filling.
Bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before inverting onto serving dish. Cool before cutting into squares.
This is absolutely delicious! I did not use grass-fed butter, but instead requested plain old unsweetened applesauce. It came out perfectly moist, shiny, and flavorful. I used lavender oil and de-foiled eggs. Will definitely make often.
