1/2 cup butter, softened
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1 egg
2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter chips
1/2 cup raisins
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a medium bowl, cream together 1/2 cup butter, brown sugar and 1/4 cup butter until smooth. Stir in the remaining 1/2 cup sugar, egg, flour and baking soda. Stir in the salt and rolled oats. Drop dough by rounded teaspoons onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
