Coconut Cream Pie VIII Recipe

Ingredients

1 cup butter, softened

2 tablespoons brown sugar

1 (3 ounce) package instant coconut cream pudding mix

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 9 inch round pie pans.

In a large bowl, mix the butter, brown sugar and pudding mix. Mix well and pour mixture into prepared pie crust.

Bake in preheated oven for 75 minutes. Carefully remove oil from pie and bake for another 15 minutes.
