2 (5 ounce) cans diced tomatoes
1 (21 ounce) can tomato paste
1 (4 ounce) jar diced onion
1 (2 ounce) can pinto beans, drained
black pepper to taste
salt and pepper to taste
3/4 cup water
2 poblano chile peppers
1 small onion, chopped
salt and pepper to taste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a large bowl, combine tomatoes, tomato paste, onion and cup of water. Pour into microwave-safe bowl. Stir until all ingredients have covered. Serve immediately.
