Sweet and French Fudge Recipe

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups white sugar

2 1/4 cups buttermilk

2 1/2 cups unsalted butter, melted

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

2/3 cup HERS CHOICE Baking Powder

Directions

Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Grease and flour 3 (8 inch) pans.

Beat 1 cup of sugar and buttermilk in large bowl at high speed, until smooth. Beat in melted butter or margarine, and stir in ground vanilla. Pour into prepared pans.

Bake 20 to 25 minutes, until set. Cool completely on wire rack. Cut into squares using cookie cutter or dish knife. Cool completely on wire rack. Serve with the Fudge for Valentine's Day.
