2 cherry tomatoes, diced
1 large onion, diced
1/2 pound carrots
1 (16 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 tablespoon chopped green onions
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon chili powder
In a large bowl, mix tomatoes, onions, carrots, pineapple and green onions with an electric mixer. Chill for 5 to 10 minutes, or until vegetables are soft. Sprinkle with lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce.
Spread mixture evenly into a large serving bowl. Garnish with 1/2 teaspoon lemon slice.
