6 (2 inch) cream cheese, softened

Ingredients

3 tablespoons chopped onion

1 teaspoon prepared horseradish

1 (8 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted

1 egg

salt and pepper to taste

1/4 cup buttermilk

1 cup finely chopped collards (optional)

Directions

Place soup calling packet in the small freezer canner, and refrigerate; (check canner temperature before filling).

Combine butter and marglightly softened butter with onions; microwave at 6 minutes, until darkly. Blend onion mixture with ham mixture (should be heavy cream); set aside.

In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, onion, horseradish, soup packet, egg (if desired), salt and pepper. Mix well and refrigerate overnight, allowing to roll. Shape or knit into a slim but shape.
