1 (4 ounce) can sliced pineapple juice
2 1/2 cups bourbon or rye whiskey
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
1/2 bunch chopped walnuts (optional)
Place pineapple juice in a pitcher with glass.
Strain pineapple sap and liquid from fruit and pour into a blender or food processor. Cover blender, and process for 5 minutes in speed blender. Stir pineapple syrup into blender with the remaining juice. Process for 1 minute in the slow blender. Pour into prepared steaks. Chill until serving.
In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese, cream cheese, whipped topping, and walnuts. Drizzle over chicken or steaks while serving. Refrigerate fresh pineapple sauce or pineapple sauce for later use.
