2 eggs
3 tablespoons milk
1 pound cottage cheese
3/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Beat eggs and milk together in a large bowl. Stir in cottage cheese to make a thick and creamy zucchini mixture. Pour into a shallow 9x5 inch baking dish. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top of the dish.
Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving.
