1 (12 fluid ounce) can cranberry juice
1 (8 ounce) can ice
1 cup white sugar
1/2 cup water
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple - drained, juice reserved
1/2 cup orange juice
1 (3.5 fluid ounce) can evaporated milk
In a blender, combine cranberry juice, ice, 1 cup of sugar, and 1/2 cup water. Blend on medium speed for approximately 1 minute, or until desired consistency is reached.
In a large glass or metal bowl, combine the reserved pineapple juice and orange juice. Pour over ice and blend until smooth. Serve immediately.
