1/2 cup butter, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 egg
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup rolled oats
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup peanut butter chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and egg until smooth. Stir in the vanilla and flour. Stir in the baking powder, salt and rolled oats. Drop by rounded spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven, until firm. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.
