3 cups all-purpose flour
1 egg white
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1/4 cup confectioners' sugar
1 cup rolled oats
Preheat oven to 425 F (220 C.)
In a medium mixing bowl combine flour, salt and water. Stir until coarse. Let stand 10 minutes then stir in 1 egg, 1/4 cup butter and 1/2 cup sugar. Stir in flour mixture until dough forms. On a lightly floured surface cream together eggs and 1/2 cup water
