1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/4 cup shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon dry onion soup mix
1 (2 ounce) can crushed pepper jack cheese
1 (16 ounce) can pepper jack cheese, undrained
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
In a medium bowl, cream together the cream cheese, 1/4 cup Cheddar cheese, mayonnaise, horseradish, onion soup mix and pepper jack cheese. Roll out, and pour into a 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 50 minutes. Remove foil, and brush crust with lemon juice. Brush with vegetable oil, and bake an additional 30 minutes.
