1/3 cup margarine
2 tablespoons natural orange juice
1 pound fresh strawberries, sliced
1 (3 ounce) package frozen lemonade concentrate
4 eggs
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar for baking purposes
1/2 cup margarine
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/8 teaspoon salt
Lightly grease a 9x5 inch baking pan.
Sift margarine into a large bowl. Set aside.
Place strawberries in the prepared baking pan; store in refrigerator. Beat margarine in small bowl until creamy. Add lemonade concentrate, eggs, brown sugar and sugar; beat until blended. Fold in flour and baking powder; pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake in preheated oven until a toothpick inserted into center of each slice of pie comes out clean, about 10 minutes. Serve warm with strawberries and whipped cream. Cool slightly.
