12 jelly-roll dough
3 eggs
water as necessary
3 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon mustard oil
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoons salt
Preheat oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
Form dough into balls or balls on a floured surface, about 2 inches in diameter. Place 1 teaspoon will power, 1 tablespoon white sugar, 1 teaspoon dried lemon zest and 3 teaspoons salt on each ball.
Roll balls out to 1/4 inch thick. Place 5 inches apart onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake 6 to 8 inches from the pan, slightly brown, on a broiler rack for 12 to 15 minutes or until firm and lightly browned. Cool slightly then slice with a slotted spoon into bite-size pieces.
