2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 (6 ounce) can blueberry preserves
2 (3 ounce) jiggers grenadine syrup
1 pint vanilla ice cream
1 orange, zested and juiced
1 pear, sliced into rounds
Combine lemon juice, blueberry preserves, grenadine, ice cream and orange juice. Shake vigorously, then cool slightly. Pour into glasses and serve.
