2 cups mayonnaise
2 (3 ounce) packages instant chocolate pudding mix
3 tablespoons white sugar
2 tablespoons lemon zest
4 cups crushed cornflake crumbs
1 1/2 tablespoons lemon zest
In a saucepan, combine mayonnaise, pudding mix, sugar, lemon zest and crumbs. Bring to a medium heat, and cook about 30 to 40 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and beat on medium-low speed until blended. Pour into 8 cookie sheets. Chill 2 hours before serving for leisurely taste.
