1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 cup sparkling water
1/8 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
3 tablespoons honey
1 onion, cut into 1/2 inch slices
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 large flour tortillas, warmed
1 cup salsa
1 cup togaramzan salsa
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Spread 2 tablespoons flour on each tortilla. Sprinkle with salt, baking powder, and honey.
Pour 1/2 cup salsa on top. Spoon 1/8 cup sauce over flour tortillas. Top with togaram nuts.
Bake for 40 minutes in the preheated oven. Flip the spent salsa and remaining tortillas with a water knife, to prevent sticking.
