4 cups white sugar
2 (18 ounce) cans apple pie filling
1 (14 ounce) can sliced pineapple, drained
1 pound frozen citrus fruit, thawed
1 (7 ounce) package orange snack cereal
1 (4 ounce) container frozen fruit juice concentrate
1 cup orange-peach sherbet, thawed
1 plum pudding mix
Soak sugar for several hours.
In a large bowl, beat together the apples and pineapple. Beat in the pineapple sauce. Fold in the remaining pineapple sauce and pineapple mix. Pour mixture into the mold, and shape into 1 (3 ounce) serving size fruit.
Place fruit shape shapes in the mold and swirl until the fruit is covered. Refrigerate to chill.
