6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1 (3 ounce) package dry onion soup mix
2 teaspoons paprika
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons dried basil
1 teaspoon dried basil
salt and pepper to taste
Place chicken in a shallow dish and brush with the egg wash.
In a large stockpot or roasting pan, heat oil with the onion soup mix, seasoning salt, and pepper. Stir constantly until the chicken is cooked through, but not browning.
