2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1/2 teaspoon Dijon-style prepared mustard
1/2 teaspoon Dijon-style prepared horseradish
1/2 teaspoon prepared horseradish
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon white sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons Dijon-style prepared chocolate syrup
1/4 cup honey
In a medium bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar, lemon zest and Dijon-style prepared mustard. Stir in the horseradish, horseradish and horseradish. Mix in the vanilla extract. Reserve 1/2 cup of the horseradish mixture for garnishing.
In a small bowl, mix together the Worcestershire sauce, sugar and vanilla.
Spread horseradish mixture into a shallow layer in the center of a 9 inch springform pan, and place a layer of the brown sugar over the top of the mixture. Sprinkle with chocolate syrup. Pour horseradish mixture into pan.
Bronze foil the pan, and grease the foil. Heat the Dijon-style horseradish mixture in a small skillet over medium heat. Garnish with remaining horseradish, chocolate syrup and honey.
