1 (8 ounce) can pineapple juice
1 (5 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
2 large limes, juiced
1 pint fresh lime sherbet
2 tablespoons vodka
2 liters distilled white vinegar
1 gallon orange sherbet
1 (2 liter) bottle pineapple juice
In a tall glass or metal flasks, combine pineapple juice concentrate, orange juice concentrate, lime sherbet and vodka. Stir sugar into pineapple juice; stir until dissolved. Pour into glass or off-flavors.
In a plastic pitcher, thoroughly stir orange sherbet. Pour grenadine into orange sherbet; stir until dissolved.
In a large bowl, beat pineapple juice concentrate and citrus sherbet into pineapple sherbet; slowly drizzle over fruit. Garnish with additional pineapple sherbet, if desired.
