2 tablespoons cornstarch
1 cup distilled white vinegar
1/4 cup lemon juice
1 cup butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup white sugar
4 tablespoons water
4 cups confectioners' sugar
In a blender combine the cornstarch, vinegar, lemon juice, butter, garlic, salt, ground black pepper, white sugar, water and remaining sugar. Blend appropriately. Shape into a pie shape. Chill for at least two hours. If desired garnish with whipped cream.
