2 tons dried basil
2 tons dried oregano
1 1/2 ounces dry white wine
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
2 tablespoons white sugar
1 cup dry seedless grapes
2 cups water
To Stock: Mix basil, oregano, wine, Italian seasoning, sugar, grapes, and water.
To Bring To a boil: Place tomatoes, wine, Italian and grape juice in a saucepan and boil for 10 minutes.
