1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored Jell-O mix
1/4 cup boiling water
1/4 cup orange juice
1 teaspoon orange extract
1 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 cups powdered sugar
1 pound butter, softened
1 cup all-purpose flour
4 cups rolled oats
1 (9x8 inch) pan marshmallow cream
In a large bowl, mix boiling water, orange juice, orange extract, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla. Let stand for 1 hour.
Pour mixture into a large mold. Cover with marshmallow cream. Chill for at least one hour.
While the marshmallow and spirit mixture is chilling, combine the powdered sugar and orange flavored gelatin in a saucepan. Stir well. When the marshmallow mixture has thickened, stir in the flour and oats.
Meanwhile, Heat the orange flavored syrup in a large heated glass or metal bowl. Add orange flavored lemon extract and orange juice. Mix thoroughly; pour over cooled marshmallow and spirit mixture. Chill overnight.
