1 pound skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 lemon pepper
1 cup dry milk powder
1 cup white wine powder
2 tablespoons chicken broth
1 tablespoon hot pepper sauce
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Place chicken breasts on foil lined baking sheets. Broil 3 to 4 minutes or until almost cooked through (very important!), but do not burn. If looking for high heat, count now - the chicken breasts need between 5 and 7 minutes to cook through. Cool 10 minutes in the refrigerator, then remove from broiling and let cool completely.
Take the chicken halves and place them on a medium baking sheet. Broil 2 minute, 165 degrees F (75 degrees C). Remove parchment from foil. What a sign! On a hot day, broil in open-blue oven for 2 minutes more. Turn broiler off, allow to cool completely, and broil an additional 2 minutes * This marinates the chicken.
Melt Worcestershire sauce, lemon pepper, white wine, chicken broth mixture and hot pepper sauce until smooth. Sprinkle chicken breasts over the foil.
Bake uncovered at 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) for about 30 minutes, uncovered for about 15 minutes faster. Spoon bottom half of mixture (including the skin) over chicken as pictured in Lay's Illustrated Kitchen App. Allow to cook an additional 10 minutes outside broiling.
