1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/3 cup olive oil
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon dried minced onion
4 boneless chicken breast halves - cooked
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Melt flour in a large skillet over medium heat. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Saute paprika, garlic powder, onion and chicken until lightly browned; remove from pan.
Pour oil mixture into skillet, then stir in flour, salt and olive topping. Cook over medium heat for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring constantly.
Place chicken breasts in skillet, turning to coat. Pour oil mixture over chicken, stirring constantly, until chicken is coated. Cover and add paprika and garlic powder. Place chicken in skillet, browning over remaining oil.
Toss chicken breasts frequently with remaining oil mixture, and cook 5 minutes on each side. Mix chicken with brown sauce, sprinkle with chicken.
Remove chicken from skillet and place in a large baking dish. Repeat with remaining oil mixture.
Bake uncovered 15 minutes in the preheated oven.
