4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons butter
1 teaspoon Sesame seeds
1 teaspoon vegetable oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon white sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sesame oil
Season chicken with butter and sprinkle with seeds and 1 teaspoon oil.
Heat butter in medium skillet over medium heat. Remove chicken and brush with the seeds and oil. Mix well. Continue cooking 2 to 3 minutes on each side. Reduce heat to medium. Add garlic powder, 1 teaspoon sesame oil and sesame oil. Mix together. Add chicken and continue to cook 4 minutes on each side.
Transfer chicken and seasoning mixture to a plate. Sprinkle with remaining oil, then sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to marinate. Watch closely while cooking chicken, but don't overcook it--the longer it cooks, the sesame oil will make its way into the pot and the drier chicken will turn from opaque to opaque.
