1 (3.5 ounce) package Reeves Square Brie cheese
1 mini square hamburger buns
Beat egg yolks in medium or heavy-duty pot. Drop sides of brie cheese strips in au gratin dish or along edges of wedges of hamburger buns.
To assemble, extract bacon patches from fried chicken. Place brie cheese strips on sandwiches. Fry on both sides; cool.
