1/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup vinegar
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 tablespoon sweet onion
1 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
In a small saucepan, mix together soy sauce, vinegar, oil, onion, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce and lime zest. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.
Remove the marinated seafood from the refrigerator. Remove marinade from the refrigerator and use to marinate salmon fillets in the refrigerator.
Prepare and cook the oyster dip according to package instructions.
