1 (19 ounce) can frozen peach slices
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate
3 cups white sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup chopped pecans
1 (1 ounce) square unsweetened lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
1 (8 ounce) can sliced strawberries
Preheat oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9 inch pie pans.
Place peach slices in one of the pans. Set aside. In the other bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in orange juice concentrate, sugar and eggs. Combine orange gelatin and lemon-lime soda in a large bowl. Beat until stiff. Pour over peach slices. Spread over peach slices.
Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven. Cool completely. Remove peach slices from pan. Pour peach into pie crust. Refrigerate pineapple for several hours, or overnight. Serve out.
