1 (4 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
1 (8 ounce) package shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (3 ounce) can tomato puree
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 (6 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
2 ounces spaghetti sauce
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Place pineapple in a colander and lightly rinse in cold water before serving.
In a blender, combine crushed pineapple, cheese, tomato puree, salt, crushed pineapple, spaghetti sauce and parsley. Blend until smooth. Serve over pasta or pasta salad.
