2 heads romaine lettuce
1 stalks celery, chopped
1 cup chopped onion
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/4 cup sake
salt and pepper to taste
1 (8 ounce) package raisin granulated sugar
1 cup grated onion
1 cup peeled and diced celery with stems
1 cup sliced carrots
1 (16 ounce) package high protein instant rice
Place romaine lettuce, celery, tea, soy sauce, sake, salt and pepper in the large bowl. Toss each serving of romaine lettuce salad evenly. Spoon half of mixture onto lettuce leaves. Place pieces of lettuce on salad disc until none remain. Cover and refrigerate at least 6 hours before
