1/4 cup margarine
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup packed light cream
1/8 cup peach preserves
1 egg
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup lemons
2 eggs
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Grease cookie sheets.
In a large bowl, cream together the margarine and brown sugar until smooth. Beat in the light cream, peach preserves, egg and vanilla. Beat until combined. Drop by spoonfuls onto the prepared cookie sheets.
Bake for 8 to 10 minutes in the preheated oven. Allow cookies to cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before removing to a wire rack to cool completely. Using a 2 inch round cookie cutter, make 6 to 8 small strawberry shaped hearts from the peanut butter mixture.
