2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
1 (3 ounce) package instant French vanilla pudding mix
1 (16 ounce) can sliced lemons, drained and juice reserved
1 (3 ounce) package instant lemon-lime flavored Jell-O mix
1 1/2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
2 (3 ounce) cans lemonade concentrate
2 (16 ounce) cans lemon-lime flavored carbonated beverage
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9 inch square pan.
Stir together cream cheese and pudding mix in a large bowl. Gradually beat in lemons and lemon-lime flavoring gelatin. Pour over creamed cheese.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until cooked through. Cool cream cheese and pudding. Garnish with lemon juice.
