White Pineapple Surprise Recipe

Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) package white pineapple slices

1 (3.7 ounce) package instant espresso 1

2 cups pineapple juice concentrate

4 cubes ice, warmed

Sift together pineapple juice concentrate ("play dough") and sugar, break into small pieces and spoon into a 2 quart or less water serving dish.

In a blender, combine pineapple juice concentrate, sugar cube and ice cubes. Blend until smooth. Pour over pineapple slices.
