1 (3 ounce) can sliced jalapeno peppers, with juice
4 tablespoons olive oil
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 pounds green and red bell peppers, cut into 1/2 inch slices
24 large onions, cut into 1/4 inch slices
4 tablespoons Brie cheese
In a large large bowl, mix together the pepper juice, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and peppers.
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat. Fry the sliced peppers until golden. Remove from heat, place in hot oil and brown on both sides. Let cool, and cut into small bite-size pieces.
Meanwhile in a medium bowl, stir together the vinegar and Worcestershire sauce. Stir until blended, add red pepper slices and brown. Remove from heat, and combine with bell pepper slices. Combine with green pepper slices and onion; stir into peppers; serve.
Beat together the Brie cheese and onion sauce, and serve with pepper mixture.
