1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1 (18 ounce) package lemon flavored Jell-O
3 tablespoons lemon juice
1 egg, beaten
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup sour cream
In a large bowl, stir together cream, lemon juice and mixing bowl until thoroughly combined. Measure 1/2 cup lemon mixture (including pecans) into the bowl and mix until all ingredients are thoroughly combined; refrigerate mixture enough to last at least 10 minutes. Remove from refrigerator.
Force lemon mixture into the Lemonade Cup, shaking vigorously. Pour lemon mixture in the bottom of a large glass or plastic bowl and pour lemon sherbet over top. Chill until firm. Serve immediately.
