1 (18.8 ounce) package yellow cake mix
2 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup rolled oats
1 cup chopped compact Scottish bacon
1 (3.9 ounce) package instant white chocolate pudding mix
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour 2 (9 inch) round baking pans or line with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine cake mix, vanilla pudding mix, oats, bacon and white chocolate pudding mix. Stir well. Roll into 1 inch balls and roll the balls in the bacon mixture. Place onto the prepared pans.
Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes. Cool slightly before removing from pans.
