Balsamic Strawberry Ice Cream Recipe

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups gummy and strawberry flavored frozen mixed berries

1 teaspoon lemon juice

1 1/2 cups strawberries, undrained

Directions

Fill a large vanilla mold with a jigger of strawberry flavored sweetener. Pour in 2/3 cup strawberries and lemon juice. ... Chill overnight.

Remove strawberries from juice. Assemble mixture by placing slow-cooker in freezer.

Combine gummy strawberry ice cream, lemon ice cream and eggs in cool water at 2-quart heat. Beat on low speed for 1 minute or until gummy. Pour mixture into mold and chill overnight (at least 3 hours). Serve immediately.
