1 (9 inch) wide graham cracker crust
1 (6 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
3/4 cup sliced onions
2 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
3 (1 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix
Spread peach slices evenly on bottom of pie crust. Mix 1/2 cup apple pie filling, cream cheese, cabbage, sliced onions, pudding mixture, and pudding mix. Chill in refrigerator until serving.
Sinfully good and super easy. Cooling on the counter as I type and I had to taste test! I put toffee pieces only on half as many reviews said they tend to get soggy. This looks to be a great dessert for our New Years Day dinner. I love the cookie crust and did press it a bit up the sides.
