Easy Pickle Pie VII Recipe

Ingredients

1 (9 inch) wide graham cracker crust

1 (6 ounce) can sliced peaches, drained

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened

1/2 cup shredded cabbage

3/4 cup sliced onions

2 (3 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix

3 (1 ounce) packages instant vanilla pudding mix

Directions

Spread peach slices evenly on bottom of pie crust. Mix 1/2 cup apple pie filling, cream cheese, cabbage, sliced onions, pudding mixture, and pudding mix. Chill in refrigerator until serving.

No need to line your bowl with cream. Simply microwave this high temp/degree bath souffle in until thick but still very see-through. Such is the beauty of this baked dish. Used leftover turkey gravy and lentils.

Sinfully good and super easy. Cooling on the counter as I type and I had to taste test! I put toffee pieces only on half as many reviews said they tend to get soggy. This looks to be a great dessert for our New Years Day dinner. I love the cookie crust and did press it a bit up the sides.
