6 slices sliced bacon

1 1/2 cups cherries, pitted and sliced
1 cup frozen blueberries
1 medium peach, peeled and zested
1 medium pineapple, peeled and zested
1 lime, zested
1 pint (5 fluid ounces) mint liqueur
Place bacon in a large, deep skillet. Cook over medium heat until crisp and evenly brown. Drain on paper towels.
Stir bread into skillet. Fry on medium heat until golden brown. Position peach slices on top of bacon slices. Pour orange juice into skillet. Pour pineapple juice over apple slices, peach slices, pineapple slices, and orange slices. Remove bread from skillet. Pour mint into skillet. Pour orange juice over all. Place morning glory on each peach slice, then pat to fester. Place on large serving dish or cutting board. Cover with aluminum foil. Refrigerate for several hours, or overnight.
