3/4 cup raisins
1/3 cup Golden Grahams
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 1/2 tablespoons orange juice
1 cup brown sugar
2 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 1/8 teaspoons salt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 (3 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a heavy container, mix raisins, golden Grahams, maple syrup, orange juice, brown sugar, baking soda, and salt. Fold banana into raisin mixture until well-combined, then pour raisin mixture into egg mixture. Stirring until well combined, fold in whipped topping. Drop golden raisin mixture onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 10 to 12 minutes in the preheated oven (or until almost entirely cool) while their with a fork. Cool on rack. Return to (warm) oven and continue baking 30 minutes longer, until slightly brown. Cool completely. Cut into small squares, arrange cream cheese pieces, chocolate chips, chocolate filling, over cookie. Keep refrigerated.
