1 (3 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 (4 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
1 (8 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
2 eggs
1/2 cup milk
1 (3.5 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
1 cup chopped pecans
1 (10 ounce) can evaporated milk
1 cup chopped pecans
In a large mixing bowl, whip cream cheese until fluffy. Beat in pudding mix. Beat in eggs, milk, cream cheese mixture, pecans and evaporated milk. Mix thoroughly.
Sprinkle pudding mixture over pie crust. Chill pie for at least 2 hours before serving. Garnish and serve.
